Product Delivery Review & Improvement

"Our live product is missing commitments, creating recurring issues, or consuming executive attention — and we don't yet know what's actually constraining progress or which remedy is justified."

The decision this enables

Stabilize, remediate, change ownership, add leadership, hire, invest, defer, redirect, or stop — an executive decision made on a verified diagnosis instead of the loudest symptom.

What the work does — and who it's for

We establish a verified product-and-technology operating baseline, distinguish symptoms from causes and contributors, expose material ownership and operating risks, and define the smallest justified improvement, recovery, or leadership response.

A fit when: the founder or CEO owns the decision, the product is live or materially committed, operating evidence and executive participation are available, and you're willing to consider interacting causes rather than confirm a predetermined answer.

Not a fit when: there's no executive owner, evidence is blocked, material causes are excluded from scope, or the engagement's job is to endorse a remedy already chosen. Emergency stabilization can precede full review only when immediate controlled action is required.

What you can hold in your hands

A verified baseline · an evidence register · a symptom-to-cause diagnostic · material findings across delivery, reliability, architecture, roadmap, dependencies, and ownership · response options with sequencing rationale · an executive decision and risk/authority record.

Why this is different

The review is independent of any predetermined rewrite, hiring plan, agency replacement, staffing increase, or CTO role — including ours. "You may need a CTO" is a possible finding; it is never the premise.

What you're authorizing

A bounded executive review and improvement-decision mandate: independent diagnosis and decision support — not a guaranteed turnaround.

Where it leads

Internal remediation, bounded stabilization or improvement implementation, fractional leadership under an explicit mandate, internal action (including hiring), another provider, defer, or stop. Each is a separate decision with its own authorization.
